Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Custom or promotional orders may take longer.

Shipping Area
Continental U.S. (48 states) and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days. Calculated by weight and distance. Free on orders over $49.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Flat rate $12.99.

• Next-Day Shipping: 1–2 business days. Flat rate $24.99 (order by 12:00 PM local time on business days).

Important Notes

• Tents are large items; actual delivery time may vary due to weather or carrier delays.

• Ensure your shipping address is correct and someone is available to sign for delivery. Additional shipping fees caused by incorrect address or missed delivery are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Inspect the package upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos to support@campinggear.com – we will help file a claim.
